Thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of epoxy vitrimer nanocomposites reinforced with graphene oxide

چکیده

Novel nanocomposite film materials were fabricated by thiol-epoxy click reaction in the presence of ≤ 1.0 wt% graphene oxide (GO). SEM, X-ray diffraction, and FTIR techniques used for comprehensive characterization nanocomposites' morphology structure. The grafting GO into epoxy vitrimer network was confirmed. effect loadings on mechanical properties films examined. tensile strength Young's modulus material increase 69 46%, respectively, with addition 0.5 GO. flexibility improved more than fourfold adding compared to matrix. gas-microphone photoacoustic approach applied thermal conductivity evaluation samples. nanocomposites showed a maximum almost two times as polymer
